LTS-3000BS

LTS-3000BS

The LTS-3000BS is a high-throughput, fully automated liquid-based cytology processor designed for busy hospital and reference labs. Processing up to 24 samples per batch in under 60 minutes, it combines density-gradient centrifugation, natural sedimentation, and charge capture to deliver slides with clear backgrounds and abundant diagnostic cells. With dual barcode scanning, real-time error correction, and independent centrifugation/staining operation, it offers high reliability, efficiency, and scalability. An ideal solution for labs with large daily cytology workloads requiring consistent, reproducible results.

System Concept

  • The LTS-3000BS is an advanced upgrade of the LTS-3000B series.

  • Built for higher-throughput cytology labs handling large specimen volumes.

  • Fully integrates density-gradient centrifugation, natural sedimentation, and charge capture into one automated workflow.

  • Allows batch cytology processing, transfer, and Pap/HE staining without manual intervention.

Core Features & Specs

  • Throughput: Up to 24 specimens per batch (vs. 8 for LTS-3000A).

  • Processing time: <60 minutes per batch.

  • Dual barcode scanning: Supports two-code scanning, automatic specimen identification, and real-time error correction.

  • Automation:

    • Automatic sample transfer, enrichment, and staining.

    • Centrifugation + staining modules can run individually or in parallel, improving flexibility.

    • Automatic drip-staining with waste removal + anti-cross-contamination wash cycles.

  • Cell capture performance:

    • 5,000–50,000 diagnostic cells captured per slide.

    • High detection ratio from triple enrichment methods.

  • Slide preparation:

    • Silicified, positively charged slides → durable, glue-free, evenly distributed thin cell layer with clear background.

  • Specimen reuse: Same sample can generate multiple slides.

  • User interface:

    • Graphical touchscreen, real-time display of each stage.

    • Supports image capture, review, and case file management.

    • Standardized reporting (multiple formats).

  • Reagents:

    • Cell preservative solution (sample stable up to 4 weeks).

    • Non-toxic staining solutions (Pap & HE).

    • Cleaning solutions to remove mucus, RBCs, debris.

    • Disposable pipettes, centrifuge tubes, and brushes (≥50,000 cells collected per brush).

Technical Parameters

  • Supply Voltage: AC 220–240V, 50–60Hz.
